What is Halotherapy?
Halotherapy is completely natural, drug free and 100% safe. It has been proven to improve general respiratory health, enhance lung capacity, reduce stress, improve sleep patterns and even boost the immune system - by attending only 1-2 sessions per week. Increased attendance frequency will improve even acute or chronic respiratory conditions. Simply walk in, find a comfortable seat and allow the therapy to take effect during your 45-minutes of relaxation. These sessions are public sessions and may have as many as 10 paid attendees at a time.
Please be advised that daily the 9:30 public halotherapy sessions are 'Kid friendly'. All other sessions are adults only.
